  • Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures, safeguarding policies, and licensing conditions at all times
  • Maintain accurate journey records and booking logs in line with company and regulatory requirements
  • Report any incidents, accidents, or concerns within the required internal timeframe
  • Attend mandatory training sessions and refresher programmes as directed by management
  • Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, presentable, and fit for purpose on a daily basis
  • Be available for scheduled morning and afternoon shifts on school days, and additional routes as required

  • Ability to meet the council's PHV licensing medical and knowledge requirements (we put you through this fully)
  • Good communication skills and a patient, professional, and courteous attitude
  • Reliability and punctuality — our passengers and local authority partners depend on us
  • Flexibility to work assigned shifts and routes as directed by the Operations Manager
